Botanicals are what we call pretty much any natural ingredient that you can use to flavour - such as roots, fruits, seeds, spices, berries, nuts, barks and herbs. Commonly labeled as such for Gin, they can just as successfully be used for sparkling mineral water and other drinks.

The H2O plus collection contains ten beautifully colourful and fragrant options to infuse.

I N G R E D I E N T S

Juniper Berries are most notably known for flavoring gin. They have a piney, fresh flavor.

Coriander seeds add dryness, which helps to underline other flavours. While coriander elevates many other botanicals, it has a special relationship with juniper.

Pink peppercorns lend a different kind of heat, closer to chillies than black pepper. They have the same peppery bite, but it's wrapped in a sweet fruity flavor reminiscent of a berry with an attitude.

When the petals of Hibiscus are dried then steeped on hot (or cold) water, they release a tart, almost-cranberry like flavor and a deep red-violet colour

Cardamon has a herbal warmth like a fragrant cross between Eucalyptus, Mint and Pepper.

Cinnamon & Cassia bark have a sweet and woody flavour with a slight citrusy note and it’s spicy taste is often likened to the powerful pinch of cloves.

Dried Lemon infuses an zesty, sour taste with surprising sweetness.

Dried Orange brings with it the sweetness of the dried flesh and the tartness of the citrus of the peel.

Star Anise has a strong anise flavour, with a liquorice-like aroma.
